If you are having trouble logging into the chat, please try these quick troubleshooting methods before you contact an administrator.

• Forgot your password?  After you try to log in a few times, a link will appear under the username/password fields that says "Forgot Password".  Click this and you'll be given the option to have a temporary password link sent to your email.  Still have questions?  Email your admins and we'll reset it for you.

• Username & Password are correct but it's still not letting you in?  Please check that your browser (the app you use to access the internet) is up to date.  If it needs updating, there is usually a button, box, or pop up letting you know that an update is available.

• Always use one of the approved browsers.  Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari are all great browsers and are fully supported on nearly all websites.

• Tried everything else and it's still not working?  Contact your admin team and we'll get to work fixing the problem!
